Our mission is to be the prominent regional community resource for parents, families and children through nurturing, education, mentoring, advocacy, empowerment, and child abuse prevention.CAPP Center provides client service in three service delivery tracks: 1: Parenting Self-help groups working with the Circle of Parents model 2: In-Home parent aides working with the Exchange Club Foundation model 3. Parent Education & Skills Building with Strengthening Families & other classes.
